البنوك الكويتية تسجل 294 مليون دينار أرباحا للنصف الأول من العام الحالى

واصلت البنوك الكويتية تحقيق الارباح خلال النصف الاول من العام الحالى 2011، حيث نمت محفظة التسهيلات الائتمانية للبنوك المدرجة بنسبة 1.2% لتصل إلى 27.8 مليار دينار فى النصف الأول من 2011.  فقد أصدرت إدارة بحوث الاستثمار في شركة مشاريع الكويت الاستثمارية لإدارة الأصول (كامكو) تحليلاً للبيانات المالية للبنوك، وذلك بهدف إلقاء الضوء على المركز المالي وربحية القـــــــطاع خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 ومقارنتـــــه مع النصف الأول من عام2010.

 

وقد برهن القطاع المصرفي الكويتي عن نموذج أعمال ناجح من خلال استمراره بتحقيق الأرباح منذ بدء الأزمة المالية في عام 2008 بالرغم من الظروف الاقتصادية الصعبة التي توالت واستمرار عبء المخصصات على بيان الدخل المجمع للبنوك نتيجة القروض غير المنتظمة والخسائر المتراكمة من الانخفاض في قيمة المحافظ الاستثمارية والأصول العقارية.

 

واستطاعت معظم البنوك من تحقيق أرباح جيدة مقارنة مع أرباح النصف الأول من عام 2010 وبالتالي ارتفع صافي الربح المجمع للبنوك الكويتية المدرجة بنسبة %14 خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 ليصل إلى حوالي 294.6 مليون دينار كويتي مقارنة مع أرباح بلغت 258.7 مليون دينار كويتي في النصف الأول من عام 2010.

 

وقد دفع هذا التحسن الملحوظ في أرباح البنوك خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 بنسب الربحية الأساسية إلى مستويات جيدة خلال فترة الـ 12 شهرا الماضية، حيث سجل العائد على معدل حقوق المساهمين لقطاع البنوك الكويتية نحو %10.6 وهي أعلى نسبة يشهدها القطاع منذ عام 2007، وفي تحسن ملحوظ منذ عام 2008 حين وصلت الى %6.4.

 

وبالنسبة لأرباح التشغيل قبل احتساب المخصصات فقد انخفضت بنسبة %1.9 خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 لتصل إلى 561 مليون دينار كويتي وذلك نتيجة انخفاض الإيرادات من غير الفوائد (العمولات المصرفية وإيرادات الاستثمار والعملات الأجنبية) بنسبة %5.1 لتصل إلى 327 مليون دينار كويتي خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011. في الإجمال، لا تزال مصادر إيرادات البنوك على حالها وليس هناك أي تقدم ملحوظ في نمو الائتمان الذي يعتبر المحرك الرئيسي لنمو الإيرادات التشغيلية ولتفادي التأثير السلبي لهبوط إيرادات الفوائد التي انخفضت بنسبة %1.8 خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 لتصل إلى 884 مليون دينار كويتي مقارنة مع 900 مليون دينار كويتي حققتها البنوك خلال النصف الأول من عام 2010، لا تزال البنوك تسعى إلى السيطرة على كلفة الاقتراض مستفيدة من اسعار الفائدة المتدنية حيث نجح القطاع في زيادة صافي إيرادات الفوائد بنسبة %6.6 خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 لتصل إلى 589 مليون دينار كويتى.

 

وبالنسبة للمخصصات التي تم احتسابها خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011، فقد تصدر بيت التمويل الكويتي القائمة بـ 107 ملايين دينار كويتي أو ما يعادل %41 من إجمالي مخصصات القطاع للفترة نفسها مما أثر سلباً على ربحية البنك خلال النصف الأول التي انخفضت بنسبة %36 لتصل إلى 45.5 مليون دينار كويتي مقارنة مع الفترة نفسها من عام 2010 حين بلغت 70.8 مليون دينار كويتي. في المقابل انخفضت مخصصات بنك برقان بنسبة %73 لتصل إلى 13.7 مليون دينار كويتي وكذلك بنك الخليج بنسبة انخفاض في المخصصات بلغت %52.5 لتصل إلى 40.8 مليون دينار كويتي في النصف الأول من عام 2011. ومن الملاحظ تضاعف مخصصات بنك الكويت الوطني خلال النصف الأول من عام 2011 لتصل إلى 28.4 مليون دينار كويتي مقارنة مع النصف الأول من عام 2010 حين بلغت 13 مليون دينار كويتي

أسمنت اليمامة تساهم في تدريب 245 طالباً وطالبة في برامج التدريب الصيفية

الجزيرة - الرياضأنهى مجموعة من الطلاب والطالبات برامج التدريب الصيفي للعام 1432هـ والذي قامت بدعمه شركة أسمنت اليمامة السعودية بالتعاون مع عدد من المراكز التدريبية المعروفة بالرياض في تخصصات الحاسوب واللغة الإنجليزية. وفي إطار ما درجت عليه الشركة سنوياً من دعم هذه البرامج التدريبية للطلاب في العطلة الصيفية وتشجيعاً منها لاستثمار أوقات الطلاب فيما يعود بالفائدة لهم وللمجتمع فقد تحمّلت الشركة كافة نفقات التدريب لعدد 245 دارساً ودارسة منهم 127 طالباً و118 طالبة مع منحهم المكافآت المالية التشجيعية.

Salafi leader says Nour Party includes NDP members

A Salafi leader in Egypt said on Monday that his political party, the Nour Party, includes several leaders from the disbanded National Democratic Party (NDP).
Shaaban Abdel Lateef, the party’s secretary in the Beni Suef Governorate, said the party’s policy doesn’t prevent former members of the NDP from joining.
However, the party will not allow these members to stand for any elections or assume senior posts, Abdel Lateef said, adding the party seeks to win the majority of parliamentary seats in Beni Suef.
He added that the general secretariat “didn’t send us conditions according to which nominees will be accepted on the party lists.”
Abdel Lateef mentioned the importance of services offered by the party’s candidates in the governorate, adding that the general secretariat called on its secretaries in villages to swiftly finish establishing the party’s headquarters.
They will distribute more than 30,000 boxes of foodstuff among the poor across the governorate during the second half of Ramadan, he added.
He said the party’s policy is clear: “It aims at achieving justice and equality among the people through Islamic rules.”

Female activist summoned on charges of 'slandering the army

The military prosecutor on Monday summoned Maha Abu Bakr, a lawyer and political activist, on charges of slandering the army during the disturbances in Abbasseya in July. The military prosecutor also requested video evidence relating to the incident.
Abu Bakr is the latest civilian to be summoned by the military prosecution. Her summoning comes only one day after activist Asmaa Mahfouz was summoned on similar charges. Mahfouz was released on a LE20,000 bail and will be tried by a military court within the next 15 days.
Some 12,000 civilians have been summoned by the military prosecutor or tried by a military court since the beginning of the revolution. The use of military courts to try civilians has triggered sharp criticism from human rights organizations, especially after the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) announced recently that only thugs and rapists would be subject to military trials.
Observers, however, believe that the ruling military council is returning to the practice of trying civilians in military courts as a matter of course. Furthermore, in an official statement, repeated by the chief of Cairo's Central Military Command, Major General Hassan al-Ruwaini, the SCAF accused revolutionary youth movements of “receiving funding from abroad.”
According to the Arabic Network for Human Rights Information (ANHRI), a number of activists are currently being held inside the military prison following hasty military trials. These include blogger Michael Nabil, who is serving a three year sentence for criticizing the SCAF in one of his blogs.
The ANHRI demanded that all civilians against whom sentences were issued by the military court be retried in front of a civilian court. They also demanded that the SCAF take further steps on the path of reform, such as the accountability of the military police involved in human rights abuses against protesters, a phenomenon which has yet to be officially investigated.

Interior Ministry to investigate Suzanne Mubarak’s visit to Tora prison

Interior Minister Mansour al-Essawy has ordered an investigation into a visit by former first lady Suzanne Mubarak to Tora Prison on Sunday.
He also ordered an investigation into reports that her son Alaa was allowed to roam freely without handcuffs prior to the beginning of court proceedings in the trial in which he, his brother Gamal and father ousted President Hosni Mubarak are being charged with killing protesters during the 25 January revolution.
Alaa was caught on tape covering a camera lens with his hands to prevent a cameraman from filming his father as he arrived by ambulance to the Police Academy, where the trial is being held.
According to a security source, Suzanne, along with her daughters-in-law Haidi Rasekh and Khadiga al-Gamal and her grandson Omar, visited her sons Gamal and Alaa at the Tora Prison. The source said the visit began at 4:15 pm and extended for three hours, indicating that the visit continued after the usual visitation hours. The source also said the three women and child were allowed to enter the prison in a private car, a further violation of prison regulations.
However, Assistant Interior Minister Mohamed Naguib claimed the visit began at 2:30 pm and that it did not extend beyond the permitted visitation hours.
The source also revealed that despite the transfer of Tora prison warden Ahmed Abdel Razek, his assistant Ayman al-Masry and Mahmoud Nafei, who was responsible for supervising the ward in which the accused are being held, things have not changed in the ward.
The source said the accused are allowed to hold five star Iftar banquets, allowed to roam around after lock-up hours, as well as being allowed to sign contracts for the purchase/sale of their property inside the warden’s office.
Essawy, meanwhile, said that any violations would be met with severe punishment.
